    Sounds like AI, and police, craziness, unfortunately.

    yeah they had dude in handcuffs for 4 hrs. that's abuse. they never do that. also they had him over 11 hrs.

    i'm not even sure if all departments can even run a fingerprint check.
    just his face is different.

    also they should be able to identify a fake drivers license.
