  • Recipe: Taco Soup

    Since I don't see an echo specifically for recipies/cooking/food, and since a lot of folks consider cooking to be a hobby, I figured this echo was the best one to post this in:

    Taco Soup

    6-8 Servings

    1# Ground Beef
    1/2 cup Chopped Onions
    28 oz can whole tomatoes with juice
    14 oz can kidney beans with juice
    15 oz can corn with juice
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1 pkg dry taco seasoning
    1-2 cups water
    salt & Pepper to taste
    ---
    Grated Cheese
    Tortilla chips
    Sour Cream

    Brown beef and onions in skillet, Drain.
    Combine everything, except cheese & chips, in crock pot, cover
    Cook on low 4-6 hours
    Ladle into bowls & top with cheese.
    Serve with Tortilla chips and Sour Cream.

    They're out there, just not on Dove Net. Fido has three and FSXNET has one.

    They're out there, just not on Dove Net. Fido has three and FSXNET has one.

    I meant on DoveNet. I have all three of the cooking echos subscribbed on my other board. And no, FSXnet no longer has one, I'm on there as well on my other board.

    Just FYI, while the other two might still have systems linked up, the only one that was kept active is COOKING.
